Grand Designs Live - London 2022

Join us at Grand Designs Live in London’s Excel on the 2nd May 2022, when we will be taking part in another Grand Theatre discussion on Paragraph 80e.

The panel discussion will be chaired by Richard Hawkes of Hawkes Architecture, and comprise of an expert panel of speakers, including Kevin McCloud.

Our Director, Daniel Gender-Sherry will be on the Panel offering insight into the nuances of planning strategy underpinning Paragraph 80e developments. Paragraph 80e allows for new homes to be built in the countryside providing they are of exceptional quality. They key to this Policy comes not just from the architecture, but also whether the site has the right ingredients for creating a home in planning terms. We look forward to discussing this point and others at Grand Designs Live in London’s Excel exhibition centre.
