APPROVED - New Countryside Dwelling

We are delighted to have recently gained full planning permission for a wonderful new family home in the countryside.

Combining our robust and methodical planning strategy which involved a preliminary appraisal at the project’s commencement with the excellent design provided by Morse Webb Architects, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council were pleased to provide their overall support.

Navigating the intricacies of detailed pre-application and engaging with the local Design Review Panel, we provided advice to our clients throughout the project. This has been an exciting journey and we will share updated photos once the house has been fully built in the near future.
