We are frequently appraising potential development sites for new countryside homes across the country. Every site is different, with some lending themselves perfectly to a new Paragraph 80 home.

We devise robust and evidence based strategies for delivering the development and identify issues early so that they can be overcome in a timely and strategic manner.

With 2021 almost at an end, we’ve totted up our total and are delighted to have undertaken an incredible 42 comprehensive site planning appraisals for decreeing clients throughout England this year.

Consequently, we’re now working on 13 fantastic Paragraph 80 houses as well as numerous high-end residential schemes within some of our loveliest English villages.

We’re also working on an exciting mixed use redevelopment project in the Green Belt. The project will deliver a new Paragraph 80 dwelling for the land owner as well as several live-work units and a fantastic creative hub for local arts and craft businesses. All impeccably detailed to ensure the whole development exudes outstanding design! We will share details in due course.
